Abstract
Considering the time-dependent bandwidth characteristic of elastic optical net- works, we develop two ILP models to assign spectra for lightpaths in a general mesh-network so as to maximally share optical spectra between neighboring channels and therefore minimize the total required spectrum in the whole network.
