Abstract
This paper combines projection-based model-order reduction and the empirical interpolation method to generate an efficient numerical procedure for analyzing electrically large antenna arrays at the fields level. The method handles arbitrary aperture illuminations over wide frequency bands and yields both circuit parameters and farfield patterns. A numerical example demonstrates the benefits of the suggested approach.
