Abstract
In this work we present a numerical code based on the FDTD method in the cylin- drical coordinate system. In order to verify the code, the simple case of a cylindrical waveguide excited by an axial current distribution is considered. The waveguide is terminated using two CFS-PML layers in order to eliminate reflections at both ends.
