Abstract
An electrically controlled magnetoelectric (ME) microwave isolator-attenuator based on layered ferrite-piezoelectric structure formed on a coplanar waveguide is considered. The sim- ulations of different structures of coplanar devices are made for selecting of optimal waveguide and resonator characteristics.
