Abstract
We firstly set up two optical models and investigated the upconverting excitation process of novel 795-nm excited Nd3+ -sensitized upconversion nanoparticles. Simulation results proved the novel UCNPs has the potential to show excellent in vivo deep imaging and damage-free in vivo, in vitro imaging ability under high power 795 nm laser excitation.
