Registration

All presenting authors must pay non-refundable pre-registration fee of US $355. The papers of presenting authors not registered before 15 April 2002 may not be printed in the Proceedings of the Symposium.

The registration fee for all other participants, including session chairpersons and all invitees, is US $375 if payment is received before 1 June 2002. After that day, and during the symposium, the registration fee will be US $395. For students with valid identification, the registration fee is US$195, and is non-refundable.
