Copyright Transfer Agreement

Copyright to the article, that is to be submitted to Progress in Electromagnetics Research Symposium (PIERS), is hereby transferred to PIERS Committee for publication in the Proceedings of PIERS and PIERS ON-LINE. For articles written in the course of employment by The US Government, UK Government, etc., the transfer of copyright is understood to be effective only to the extent transferable under applicable national laws.

However, the following rights are reserved by the author(s)/copyright holder(s).

(1)All proprietary rights other than copyright, such as patent rights.
(2)The right to use and to make limited distribution of all or part of this article, provided the copies are not offered for sale.
(3)In the case of a "work made for hire," the right of the employer to make copies of the article for their own use, but not for resale.

Permission for third parties to republish all or part of the PIERS articles, or translations thereof, is normally granted, provided the source of the material is suitably acknowledged.

The author(s) will certify that all co-authors have been informed and the article has not been published before and does not infringe on the rights of others. If the article contains copyrighted work, the author(s) will obtain written permission from the copyright owners and show credit to the sources in the article.

Please be aware that PIERS Symposia/Conference publications should not be published verbatim in other journals without more than 50% change of the content of the paper.
